No overtaking of the leader, except on hills or in exceptional circumstances - then wait. |

On the call "oil-up" or similar, riders single out at once. Gaps to be left in large groups to allow traffic to overtake. |

Behave with consideration and do nothing to infuriate other road users or exacerbate a fraught situation. |

All cycles to be in roadworthy condition. |

Pace to be set by leader to be such that slower riders are catered for. |
