The club archives were set up by Norman and Margery Brown who were the archivists until 2002. They assembled the photographs of people and events from which Sidney Schuman, who was then maintaining this web site, produced web albums, linked to on the left, of people and events. Iain Cooper took over from Norman and Margery. He organised the 2004 photograph and provided the photographs from which supplements to Signpost were compiled in 2004 and 2005.
Archvist Ray Morris (pictured), was elected in 2007. Since his appointment he has been dealing with some of the photographs and other items left to the Club by Rose Ford who died in 2004. Rose was for eighteen years editor of Signpost the Club's quarterly magazine. From this collection Ray has produced a web album of photographs taken on a French tour in 1938 by cyclists who later joined the Club.
