Our second featured rider is Heather Hodges, last year's leading lady in the attendance points competition. She's been a cyclist all her adult life, mainly as a tourist, although she has also time trialled. She rides with the Chelmsford CTC as well as the 40+ and completed an End to End ride in 1998. Her best bike is the Roberts in the photo, she also has a Raleigh winter bike and a ladies roadster for shopping. Heather took early retirement 10 years ago having been a secretary for various banks. She has two daughters and four grandchildren, and of course partner Eric who also rides with us. Apart from cycling she likes walking and doing triathlons
