Peter Turner

Peter Turner is the first of our riders this year, he's pictured outside the Half Moon at High Wych on 8 March 2007. He retired in 2001 from General Electric where he had worked for most of his working life, latterly as IT manager. He's been riding with the CTC since his two children grew up and has been a 'full time' 40+ rider since retiring, having taken one Thursday a month off work to join the 40+ runs since 1990. Peter is married to Lyn, and has one grandchild, with another on the way. His bikes consist of two Mercians, a Mick Gray [his regular mount] and a brand new all-carbon Bianchi. Rambling and digital photography with the associated editing are Peter's hobbies.
