First aid is an issue that can often be overlooked, and ignorance of even basic procedures can result in unnecessary trauma and serious situations becoming worse. From time to time the club organises first aid training for members with the objective of ensuring most rides have at least one first aider within the group. Let your section secretary know if you are interested in attending a training day, these are usually paid for by the club.
