We had our first ride as a group last Tuesday, 18th May 2021, meeting at Oliver’s Strawberry Tearoom, Witham. The sun was shining and we made our way across Danbury Ridge along to Sandon and stopping at The Prince of Wales in Stow Maries for lunch. To finish a lovely day we climbed Hagg Hill and finished with tea in Promenade Park Maldon, the Barge Tearoom. Leading the ride was John and Philip avoiding the rain clouds and North Hill. Twenty riders, a very good start to group riding, well done everyone.
