Well done to Alan one of our North Herts cyclists who is in training for Lejog, which he is cycling in an impressive ten days in September. Today he cycled from Hitchin to Wells-next-the-Sea with three friends, 104 miles in about seven hours. Quite impressive! After that they cycled a further 25 miles or so to Kings Lynn, for a well earned rest on the train back to Hitchin. Again, well done Alan and his friends. Alan is the second from right in the image.
