Twelve cyclists arrived at our meeting point this morning for our ride over to Spokes. Potential new member John D, John H, Kevin, both Geoff’s, Paul, Steve, Jack, Andy, myself, Adrian and Mia. We set off in two groups of six riders, a couple of minutes apart. Adrian was leading the first group who cycled via St Albans Way and Mia leading the second group who cycled via the A656. We sat inside the café as it was a little too cold to sit outside today. Mick joined us at the café. A nice cheese toastie was had by most along with their choice of drink. We all sat around a big table so a nice social was had. Afterwards, we set off in three groups, Paul and John D did a bit more of a circuit via Watton at Stone. Adrian led a group via Whitwell and Preston and Mia led the rest of us back on the reverse of our outward journey. Stuart Collins.
