Only Three at the fountain this morning for the ride out to the Green Man in Eversholt – Adrian, Mia and Ronnie, with me joining in Ickleford, making Four in total (I expected more on this lovely day).
Route out was via Pirton, Barton le Clay, Harlington, Tingrith – at this point, as Adrian had got no feedback from the Green man, we changed destination and went on to Ridgemont, to a cafe named the Fir’s.
In hindsight this was a bad idea for two reasons:
The service was very slow and Mick went to the Green Man to Join us. But at least we sat out in the sunny garden.
I left early and the route back was via Steppingley, Flitwick, Pulloxhill, Pirton, Holwell.Lovely sunny ride today with not too much wind.
As you can see from the photo – I was only half there today !
